Comments: The RS1 get it's life off the back 3/4 of the design. The Wide Tail Area gives a big Plane Surface keeping speed in the flat sections; Low Rockers give the design the drive; the concave fuels the speed, the soft bottom Rail w/the VEE gives the design easy Rail to Rail transitions. Ride the RS1 even to your height or up to 5" shorter. (the shorter the length=the wider the outline) Surf in: 1-5 ft waves

WEST Customs are designed using CAD software and CNC machine. Each board is tailored to that surfer's specific needs, ie: Custom Glassing Sch. for lightness; Fin Placement: cant-degree's, & toe; Edge: lenght & shapeness; to give a consistent board for each individual surfer & in conjuction w/ surf conditions, performance, and the surfer's dynamics.
